Company quality policy

It is the policy of Coulstock and Place to consistently ensure that the customerís expectations and needs are met in conjunction with suppliers and potential partners by providing services, manufacturing and marketing Quality products, which have demonstrated fitness for purpose by complying with the requirements of the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Management System Standard. As a leading provider of quality products and services in the global Refrigeration market.  Coulstock and Place's aim is to nurture innovation and maximise synergies of Group resources to bring products to market that are energy efficient and life improving. 

To implement this policy, a Quality Management System shall be maintained in accordance with the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Standard. The company Quality Management System is described in the Company Quality Manual and detailed in additional sub-tier documents that include manufacture, service and test procedures.
Resource management shall include the monitoring of induction and on going training and development of all new and existing employees to fulfil any employee, legal, contractual and customer requirements.
Senior Management will hold regular Management Review meetings, elements to be addressed shall include, but not limited to, setting Quality objectives to continually improve and review the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and company performance in accordance with the current and future business requirements as identified within the business objectives.
This Quality Policy shall be issued to all employees for their retention.
The Quality Policy is issued to clearly indicate the companyís attitude towards Quality since it is recognised that this action is essential for the reputation and long-term competitive success of the business.
Improvements to products and services are to be kept under constant review to meet the desired degree of customer satisfaction also the needs and expectations of other interested parties.
